Allagash White – ME - $5

A US interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer, delicately balancing a full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy. 5.5%

Big Boss Brewing Company – NC - $5 (Seasonal/Ask server)

Raleigh’s own micro-brew. Beer for people who appreciate the fact that while different styles of beer taste, well, different, a well-made beer always satisfies.

Chimay Tripel – BEl - $9

Chimay Blanche (White), with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance, and fine head, is also characterized by its aroma that comes from the combination of fresh hops and yeast. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. 8%

Chouffe Houblon – BEl - $7

A Belgian Triple, Imperial IPA, and Strong Golden. No matter what you want to call this, it has it going on. Deep golden in color with a head that will stand a couple of inches above the glass. The aroma showcases the sweet golden malt of a triple and a massively spicy hop smell, along with a light orange fruity character. This has something for everyone. 9%



Dekoninck Amber Ale – BEl - $5

Established in 1833 De Koninck is the only brewery in the famous city of Antwerp. De Koninck is Antwerp’s everyday beer. No other city in Belgium has such a close relationship with its local beer, served in the unique glass known as a “bolleke.” 5%

Delirium Tremens – BEl - $8

(The Pink Elephant) Named for the violent sickness induced by withdrawal from alcohol abuse (the DTs!).It was named the “best beer in the world” at the 1998 World Beer Championship. 8.5%

Dogfish Head 60 Min. IPA – DE - $5

Pours a brilliant pale gold color with a large white head. The finish is crisp with a lingering bitterness to remind you that you’re drinking an IPA. 6%

Duck Rabbit Porter – NC - $4

Very dark in color. This robust porter features a pronounced flavor of roasted grains reminiscent of dark chocolate. 5.7%

Foothills Torch Pilsner – NC - $5

A well-structured Czech style pilsner. Torch is strong in alcohol with a rich, full finish. Good mouth feel and well-balanced Czech Saaz hops ensure that this is not your typical pilsner. 5.3%

French Broad 13 Rebels ESB – NC - $4

Copper colored British style pale ale with a palette of biscuity malt, dark fruit notes, and an aggressive hoppy finish. 4.8%

Guinness – IRE - $5

World famous Guinness is an “Irish-style” stout or “dry” stout. Brewed at the famous St. James’ Gate brewery in Dublin. A unique mix of nitrogen and carbon dioxide helps create the special swirl that tumbles, surges and gradually separates into a black body and smooth creamy head. 4.1%

Highland Gaelic Ale – NC - $4

A deep amber colored American ale, featuring a rich malty body. Cascade and Willamette hops add a complex hop flavor and aroma. This ale is exceptionally balanced between malty sweetness and delicate hop bitterness. 5.8%

Kwak Strong Ale – BEL - $8

Full-bodied Belgian Strong Ale. Amber in color with beautiful foam and slightly sweet, seductive malt character. A rich, satisfying Belgian experience. 8%

Mad River Steelhead Double IPA – CO - $5

Hoppier, maltier and more aggressive than a standard IPA. Copper colored body with a nice white head. Huge pine and citrus nose. This is a very malty IPA with an unexpected amount of spice and pepper flavor. 8.6%

Rogue Dead Guy Ale – OR - $5

Dead Guy is a German-style Maibock made with Rogue’s proprietary “PacMan” ale yeast. It is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well-balanced finish. Dead Guy is created from North-west Harrington, Klages, Maier Munich and Carastan malts, along with Perle and Saaz Hops. 6.6%ST.

Bernardus ABT 12 Brown Ale – BEL - $7

A quadrupel from St. Bernardus. Pours a slightly hazy, dark brown with a thick creamy head. Has a big toasted, slightly yeasty clove smell. Definitely full-bodied, has a sweet, malty taste up front with mild carbonation that finishes with a long, sweet, alcoholic taste that seems to linger forever. 10.5%

Saison Dupont farmhouse Ale – BEL - $8

Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment. 6.5%
